摘要
为提升国内教育发展水平,增强国家的核心竞争力,统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设是当前高校的主要任务.因此,如何高效建设一流学科,培养一流学科人才的实践能力和综合素质是备受瞩目的问题.该文通过个案分析法、调查法、文献研究法,对国外一流学科竞赛育人模式进行探索和思考,分析国外优秀的竞赛管理制度、竞赛流程和奖励制度,为国内高校提供经验.促使国内高校在实践探索中培养出更多的综合性素质人才,加快高校交流合作,共同发展,充分发挥学科竞赛育人模式的作用.
In order to raise the level of education development in China and strengthen the core competitiveness of the country,the main task of universities is to promote the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.Therefore,how to build the first-class discipline more efficiently and cultivate the practical ability and comprehensive quality of the first-class discipline talents is a problem attracting much attention nowadays.Through the methods of case analysis,investigation and literature research,this paper explored and powders the competitive education model of the first-class disciplines in foreign countries and analyzes the excellent competition management system,competition process and reward system in foreign countries,provide experience enlightenment for domestic colleges and universities.To promote the exploration of domestic colleges and universities in practice to cultivate more comprehensive quality talents,accelerate exchanges and cooperation among colleges and universities,common development,give full play to the subject competition to enhance the overall ability of students.
