摘要
目的探析脑梗死偏瘫患者实施中医特色护理对患者肢体功能与生活质量的影响.方法选取盱眙县中医院2017年1月—2019年12月接收的100例脑梗死偏瘫患者,按随机分组法分为对照组(常规康复护理,n=50)与观察组(基于对照组行中医特色护理,n=50).结果对照组患者干预前,Fugl-Meyer评分、SF-36生活质量评分,与观察组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组经干预,Fugl-Meyer评分(84.9±4.7)分、SF-36生活质量评分(63.2±16.9)分,均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予脑梗死偏瘫患者中医特色护理,有助于加速患者肢体功能康复,对患者生活质量具有较为理想的改善作用.
Objective To explore the effect of characteristics traditional Chinese medicine nursing on cerebral infarction and hemiplegia patients’limb function and quality of life.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia accepted by Xuyi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(conventional rehabilitation nursing,n=50)and an observation group(based on the control group for special Chinese medicine nursing,n=50).Results Before intervention in the control group,the Fugl-Meyer score and SF-36 quality of life score were the same as those in the observation group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the Fugl-Meyer score(84.9±4.7)points and SF-36 quality of life score(63.2±16.9)points of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia given characteristics TCM nursing can help accelerate the rehabilitation of patients'limb function and has an ideal improvement effect on the patients'quality of life.
