摘要
目的 讨论冲击波改善患者下肢慢性疼痛的康复效果.方法 随机选取2019年1月—2020年1月期间就诊于该院的96例下肢慢性疼痛患者作为该次研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组48例,对照组患者仅给予常规康复治疗,实验组则在此基础上给予冲击波治疗,对两组患者分别干预3个月后观察其下肢功能、疼痛和皮肤温度变化.结果 (1)干预前,两组患者的下肢功能评分、疼痛评分、皮肤温度以及奎森指数评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(2)干预后,实验组患者的下肢功能评分明显高于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)干预后,实验组患者的皮肤温度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(4)干预后,实验组患者的奎森指数评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用冲击波治疗下肢慢性疼痛可有效缓解患者疼痛感,改善下肢功能和皮肤温度状态,值得应用和推广.
Objective To discuss the rehabilitation effect of shock wave on chronic pain of lower extremities.Methods 96 patients with chronic lower limb pain admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=48)and a control group(n=48).The patients in the control group were only given routine rehabilitation treatment,and on this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with shock wave therapy.The changes of lower limb function,pain and skin temperature were observed after intervention for 3 months.Results 1.Before intervention,the differences in lower limb function score,pain score,skin temperature and Queson index between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After intervention,the lower limb function score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The skin temperature of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After intervention,the score of Queson index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of shock wave in the treatment of chronic pain of lower extremities can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the function of lower limbs and skin temperature,which is worth applying and popularizing.
