摘要
目的探讨社区随访服务对首发精神分裂症患者康复的影响.方法选择2018年11月—2019年11月济宁市疾病控制中心收治的首发精神分裂症患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规随访方式,观察组在对照组基础上采用基本公共卫生服务项目社区随访服务,对患者效果进行评估,比较两组简明精神病评定量表及社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分、精神分裂症生活质量、依从性.结果观察组与对照组随访6个月后BPRS、SDSS评分均低于出院时,且观察组评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组随访6个月后各项生活质量评分均低于出院时,且观察组分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组随访6个月后患者的依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论社区随访服务在首发精神分裂症患者中应用,能够提高患者的依从性,减少疾病复发的次数,提高患者的生活质量,同时,降低医疗成本,具有明显的经济和社会效益,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the impact of community follow-up services on the rehabilitation of patients with firstepisode schizophrenia.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to Jining City Center for Disease Contrl were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine follow-up method.The observation group used the basic public health service project community follow-up service on the basis of the control group.The concise psychiatric assessment scale and social function defect screening scale scores,schizophrenia quality of life and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The BPRS and SDSS scores of the observation group and the control group after 6 months of follow-up were lower than those at discharge,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the quality of life scores in both groups were lower than those at discharge,and the scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group after 6 months of follow-up was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community follow-up services of basic public health service projects in patients with first-episode schizophrenia can improve patient compliance,reduce the number of disease relapses,improve the quality of life of patients,and at the same time,reduce medical costs.It has obvious economic and social benefits and is worthy of promoting and application.
