摘要
目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激用于格林-巴利综合征康复治疗中对肌力与运动功能的影响.方法选取2017年1月—2020年1月收治的格林-巴利综合征患者50例作为研究对象,以数字法将之随机均分为对照组25例和观察组25例,对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对两组肌力、运动功能及日常生活能力进行比较分析.结果治疗后观察组上肢肌力和下肢肌力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组简化Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分(FMA)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组FMA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在格林-巴利综合征康复治疗中应用低频重复经颅磁刺激能够有效提高患者肌力和运动功能,提高患者日常生活能力,值得推广.
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the rehabilitation of Guillain-Barrésyndrome on muscle strength and motor function.Methods 50 patients with Guillain-Barrésyndrome admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the observation group by numerical methods.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group received low-frequency repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment based on the control group.The muscle strength,motor function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the upper and lower limb muscle strength scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in the Fugl-Meyer limb motor function score(FMA)between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily activity ability(ADL)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the rehabilitation treatment of Guillain-Barrésyndrome can effectively improve the muscle strength and motor function improvement effect,and promote the improvement of patients'daily life ability,which is worthy of promotion.
