摘要
目的 探讨营养干预结合康复护理对下肢骨折患者的效果.方法 选择2019年1—12月在吉林医药学院附属医院治疗的下肢骨折患者120例作为护理对象,采取随机数字表法分为康复护理组和营养干预组,每组60例.康复护理组患者采取常规护理,营养干预组患者在此基础上,增加营养干预.护理后,从患者营养情况和护理满意度两方面比较护理效果.结果 营养干预组患者血清总蛋白检测结果为(54.71±4.89)g/L,血清白蛋白检测结果为(31.75±4.33)g/L,血红蛋白检测结果为(113.87±7.18)g/L,高于康复护理组的(46.37±4.45)g/L、(26.28±4.13)g/L和(103.21±6.39)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).营养干预组患者的护理满意率为98.33%,高于康复护理组患者的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 营养干预结合康复护理,有效提高了下肢骨折患者的营养情况和护理满意度,护理效果显著.
Objective To explore the effect of nutritional intervention combined with rehabilitation nursing on patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods 120 patients with lower limb fractures treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected as nursing objects,and were divided into a rehabilitation nursing group and a nutrition intervention group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the rehabilitation nursing group were adopted the conventional nursing,and on this basis,the patients in the nutrition intervention group were increased nutritional intervention.After nursing,the nursing effects were compared from the nutritional status and the nursing satisfaction.Results In the nutrition intervention group,the serum total protein was(54.71±4.89)g/L,serum albumin was(31.75±4.33)g/L,and hemoglobin was(113.87±7.18)g/L,higher than the rehabilitation nursing group's(46.37±4.45)g/L,(26.28±4.13)g/L and(103.21±6.39)g/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the nutrition intervention group was 98.33%,which was higher than 88.33%in the rehabilitation nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition intervention combined with rehabilitation nursing effectively improve the nutritional status and the nursing satisfaction of patients with lower extremity fracture.The nursing effect is significant.
