摘要
目的研究超声引导下亚甲蓝椎旁神经阻滞对带状疱疹康复的效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月收治的87例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均接受抗病毒、营养神经、增加机体抵抗力等治疗,观察组在超声引导下行亚甲蓝椎旁神经阻滞,记录两组患者治疗后1 d、3 d、1周、2周及1个月时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),比较两组患者的皮损愈合时间、PHN发生率及满意度等。结果观察组行椎旁神经阻滞后,各时间点VAS评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的皮肤愈合时间短于对照组,PHN发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下行亚甲蓝椎旁神经阻滞有助于降低带状疱疹患者的疼痛程度,促进其康复,降低PHN发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block on the rehabilitation of herpes zoster.Methods 87 patients with herpes zoster who were admitted from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups received treatments such as antiviral,nourishing nerves,and increasing body resistance.The observation group underwent methylene blue paravertebral nerve block under ultrasound guidance.The visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain at 1 d,3 d,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment was recorded for the two groups of patients,and the skin lesion healing time,PHN incidence and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After the paravertebral nerve block was taken in the observation group the VAS scores at each time point were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of PHN was lower than that of the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided methylene blue paravertebral nerve block can help reduce the pain of patients with herpes zoster,promote their recovery,reduce the incidence of PHN,and improve patient satisfaction.
