摘要
目的观察精细化护理模式在剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量改进中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月于该院妇产科行剖宫产的100例产妇为研究对象,按照入院时间分成两组,将采用常规产房护理的一组作为对比组(n=50),将采用常规产房护理加精细化护理模式的一组作为观察组(n=50).实施不同护理方案后,统计对比两组产妇的手术总时长、分娩时间、排气时间、疼痛程度以及新生儿情况,并对比两组产妇的并发症发生情况.结果观察组产妇的手术总时长、排气时间以及分娩时间均短于对比组,视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)低于对比组,Apgar评分高于对比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组产妇的并发症发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论剖宫产产妇应用精细化护理模式不但能够大幅缩短手术时间、排气时间与分娩时间,减轻疼痛,还能够保障新生儿健康,降低产妇并发症的发生率.该护理方案对剖宫产产妇的康复效果甚佳,同时也显著提升了妇产科的护理质量.
Objective To observe the application effect of the refined nursing model in the rehabilitation of cesarean section women and the improvement of obstetric nursing quality.Methods A total of 100 parturients who underwent cesarean section treatment in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The group that received routine delivery room nursing was set as the comparison group(n=50),the group that uses routine delivery room nursing and refined nursing model was set as the observation group(n=50).After implementing different nursing programs,the total operation time,delivery time,exhaust time,pain degree,and newborn conditions of the two groups of parturient were counted and compared,and the complications of the two groups of parturient were compared.Results The total operation time,exhaust time and delivery time of the pregnant women in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The visual analogue score(VAS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Apgar score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of parturients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing mode in cesarean section women can not only greatly shorten the operation time,exhaust time and delivery time,reduce pain,but also protect the health of the newborn and reduce the incidence of maternal complications,This nursing program has a very good recovery effect for cesarean section women,and it has also significantly improved the quality of obstetrics and gynecology department.
