摘要
目的探讨关节持续被动活动机(CPM)训练辅助综合康复治疗在下肢骨折后膝关节活动障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2023年3月贵阳市第四人民医院收治的80例下肢骨折后膝关节活动障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采用综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上进行CPM训练,均持续4周。对比两组患者的膝关节功能、关节疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的各项美国纽约特种外科医院评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CPM训练辅助综合康复治疗能加快下肢骨折后膝关节活动障碍患者的膝关节功能康复,减轻疼痛,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect of joint continuous passive motion(CPM)machine training assisted comprehensive rehabilitation in patients with knee joint mobility disorders after lower limb fracture.Methods 80 patients with knee joint mobility disorders after lower limb fracture admitted to Guiyang Fourth People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received CPM training on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The knee function,the degree of joint pain and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Hospital for Special Surgery of New York in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CPM training assisted comprehensive rehabilitation can accelerate the functional rehabilitation of knee joint in patients with knee joint mobility disorders after lower limb fracture,relieve pain and reduce complications.
