摘要
从基础教育均等化的视角出发,以天津市滨海新区教师流动政策为研究对象,对政策实施问题和效果进行了相关研究,并为教师流动政策的完善与改进提供具有针对性、现实性与可操作性的政策建议.
From the perspective of the equalization of basic education,this paper takes the policy of teacher mobility in Binhai New Area of Tianjin as the research object,studies the problems and effects of the implementation of the policy,and provides targeted,realistic and operational policy recommendations for the improvement and improvement of the policy of teacher mobility.
