摘要
以电影《孔子》台词字幕为例,建立语料库.采取定性和定量相结合的方法,运用BNC以及COCA六万词两个语料库为参考语料库,检索软件WordSmith和AntConc以及统计软件SPSS对字幕进行数据分析,从类符/形符比、标准化类符/形符比、词频和主题词等方面阐释该电影的词汇特征,对该电影台词所运用的翻译策略进行归纳总结.
The paper takes the movie“Confucius”subtitles as a sample to build a corpus.Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,taking the two corpora of BNC and COCA 60,000 words as the reference corpus,the retrieval software WordSmith Tool and AntConc and the statistical software SPSS are used to analyze the data of the subtitles.The lexical characteristics of the play are explained in Type/Token Ratio,Standardised Type/Token Ratio,word frequency,topic words,etc.,and the translation strategies used in the play are summarized.
