摘要
目的:调查某医学院校麻醉学专业学生非技术性技能现状.方法:设计问卷,通过问卷星调查.结果:学生对非技术性技能认知程度与技术性技能相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生团队合作、沟通交流和计划性自我评价满意度略好,领导力满意度较低.结论:麻醉医学生对非技术性技能认知和自我评价满意率较低,需要提升非技术性技能.
Objective:To investigate the non-technical skills of medical students majoring in anesthesiology in a medical college.Methods:Design a survey questionnaire and conduct the survey through the questionnaire star.Results:There is a statistical difference between the cognition of students of non-technical skills and technical skills.(P<0.05);students’satisfaction with teamwork,communication and planned self-evaluation is slightly better,and their leadership is lower.Conclusion:The cognition and self-evaluation satisfaction rate of anesthesiology medical undergraduates is relatively low.It is necessary to improve their non-technical skills.
