摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)是一类病因尚不明确的慢性非特异性消化道炎症性疾病.胃肠道超声(GIUS)检查因其操作简便、经济、无辐射而成为IBD患者长期随访的理想检查手段.我们围绕传统超声、超声造影、弹性超声、腔内超声造影等超声技术在IBD中的应用现状和展望进行论述.
Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD)is a type of etiologically unknown chronic non-specific inflammatory digestive tract disease.Gastrointestinal ultrasound(GIUS)is recommended in the detection of IBD and in the long-term follow up due to its advantages of convenience,economy and free of radiation.This paper discusses the applications and prospects of the traditional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasound elastography and intra-cavity contrast-enhanced ultrasound techniques in IBD.
