稻草秸秆生物制浆及其综合利用 被引量:2

摘要 水稻收割后的稻草秸秆处置关系到环境污染、资源利用和农业良性生产的问题。基于稻草的化学组成,利用复合生物酶对稻草进行处理,发现生物酶处理稻草控制6天适合生物制浆;对于稻草生物机械浆和化学浆混合后抄造纸张能获得较好强度的纸页;生物制浆废液用作有机肥浇灌于两种蔬菜,能促进蔬菜的生长,浇灌废液的蔬菜生物量明显增加,蔬菜生长后的总糖也增加,证明稻草生物制浆废液完全可以作为肥料用于到农业生产中,从而实现稻草资源的无污染全利用。 Disposition of rice straw after harvest is related to the problem about environment pollution,utilization of natural resources and agricultural production.Based on the composition of rice straw,it was treated with complex enzymes and refined for biopulp.It is found that 6 days pretreatment is suitable for biopulping.It is possible to obtain a good strength handsheet manufactured with biopulp and chemical pulp from rice straw.The liquor from biopulping and rice straw was used as fertilizer for growing vegetables.It is found that the obtained liquor can improve the growth of vegetables.The biomass and total sugar in the fertilized vegetable gained obviously compared with the control samples with tape water.The strategy for biopulp and fertilized liquor from rice straw is a good way to fully utilize rice straw without any pollution in agricultural production.
