摘要
环境诠释学关注环境与人类的互动关联,提供了审视环境哲学与环境伦理学中传统问题的新方式,并打开了自然文学与环境文学研究的新视角。哲学诠释学认为,人类存在的意义来自于将自身置于更大的文本语境范畴及其他有意义的事物之中,并以此作为意义探寻的起点。而环境恰恰属于这种文本语境,人类栖居的世界总是已经得到诠释并充满意义的。伽达默尔通过严谨的现象学反思,揭示了语言与世界的关联,阐明了人类可以重新定义自然的方式。通过诠释而非建构,"环境"成为一个可居的、有意义的"世界"。
Aiming at the interaction between environment and human-being,environmental hermeneutics provides a new perspective to examine problems in environmental philosophy and environmental ethics,as well as studies in nature writing and environmental literature.Environment,as a world human-being inhabits,belongs to a larger textual context in which the significance of human existence arises.For the world is always interpreted and infused with meanings.Through rigorous phenomenological reflection,Gadamer reveals the relevance between language and world,thus expounds a new way to define the conception of nature by interpretation,rather than construction.
