摘要
街道空间是城市空间的重要组成部分,承担着城市的交通、活动、生态等多重功能,其品质提升和精细化设计在城市建设过程中越来越重要。文章通过梳理总结国内外城市街道设计导则编制的相关经验,借鉴其以人为本的思想内涵及分类分区进行空间管控的方法,以刚性控制和弹性引导为手段,详细阐述了品质提升视角下南宁街道设计导则的编制背景与前期研究、编制目标、精细化设计指引、分类设计指引和共建、共享、共治的实施策略,以期为街道一体化设计、街道品质提升提供参考。
Street space is an important component of urban space in that it bears urban functions of traffic,public activities,ecology etc,and its quality improvement and refined design is getting more and more important in urban construction.With a review of domestic and overseas experiences,the paper holds the concept of human orientation,learns zoning and categorized governance methods and flexible-rigid combined control measures,and introduces the background,research,vision,design guidelines,categorized guidelines,and co-construction,co-governance,and sharing strategies of street design guidelines compilation for quality improvement in Nanning.
