摘要
民族生态旅游是建构在"民族旅游""文化旅游""生态旅游"概念内涵以及理论实践的基础之上的新业态,也是新时代下现代旅游发展的深度模式,更是文化生态旅游融合发展的现实载体。从民族生态旅游研究的文献述评,可知民族生态旅游的法治逻辑是具有重要理论价值和实践意义的研究课题。基于此,分别从民族生态旅游法治的正当性、旅游空间关系、旅游生态正义三个维度剖析民族生态旅游法治的内在逻辑。在剖析法治逻辑的内在框架,论证民族生态旅游法治的正当性基础上,提出旅游空间关系是民族生态旅游法治正当变项,构建民族生态旅游法治良序,实现民族生态旅游的法治化是民族生态旅游发展繁荣的必然要求。
Ethnic ecotourism is a new form of business based on the concept connotation and theoretical practice of"ethnic tourism","cultural tourism"and"ecotourism".It is also an in-depth development model of modern tourism in the new era,and a realistic carrier for the integrated development of cultural ecotourism.From the literature review of ethnic ecotourism,we realize that the rule-of-law logic for ethnic ecotourism is a research subject with important theoretical value and practical significance,and analyze the internal logical rule of ethnic ecotourism from three aspects,namely,the legitimacy of rule of law in ethnic ecotourism,the spatial relationship of tourism,and the ecological justice of tourism.On the basis of analyzing the internal framework of rule-of-law logic and demonstrating the legitimacy of the rule of law about ethnic eco-tourism,we put forward that the tourism space relationship is a legitimate change of the rule of law of ethnic ecotourism,and discuss that constructing a good rule-of-law order for ethnic ecotourism and realizing the rule of law for ethnic ecotourism is an inevitable requirement for the development and prosperity of ethnic ecotourism.
