摘要
目的观察调神为主针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗老年失眠的疗效及对焦虑抑郁的影响。方法将100例老年失眠患者随机分为2组,每组50例。2组均给予调神为主针刺,治疗组在此基础上加用穴位贴敷,疗程为4周。观察2组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果治疗后,2组患者PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗4周、结束后1个月,治疗组PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神为主针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗老年心肾不交型失眠疗效确切,且能改善患者焦虑抑郁,疗效优于单纯针刺。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of mind-regulating acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of elderly insomnia patients and its impact on anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred elderly insomnia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,There were 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given acupuncture with a focus on regulating the mind,while the treatment group received acupoint application on this basis,with a course of 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results After treatment,PSQI scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).PSQI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 4 weeks and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and SAS and SDS scores in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind-regulating acupuncture and acupoint application has definite therapeutic effect on elderly patients with insomnia caused by heart-kidney disharmony,can improve anxiety and depression,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of the acupuncture alone.
