摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月山西省汾阳医院收治的120例病理性黄疸新生儿,采用随机数字表法分为A组(蓝光照射联合口服益生菌)、B组(蓝光照射、口服益生菌、茵栀黄口服液),各60例,2组均治疗5 d。比较2组各项指标。结果治疗后,2组患儿临床总有效率比较,B组较A组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿心肌功能指标、神经损害指标水平均降低,且B组较A组更低(P<0.05);B组患儿临床症状康复情况以及住院时间均较A组更优(P<0.05);B组患儿每天胆红素下降值较A组更大(P<0.05);2组患儿不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液可以促进新生儿病理性黄疸症状好转,缩短住院时间,改善心肌功能,保护神经功能,有利于改善预后。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid on neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods A total of 120 neonates with pathological jaundice treated in Fenyang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into group A(blue light irradiation and oral probiotics)and group B(blue light irradiation,oral probiotics and Yinzhihuang oral liquid)by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group,and both groups were treated for 5 days.The indicators between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of myocardial function indexes and nerve damage indexes in 2 groups were decreased,and the levels in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The patients in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05).The daily decrease of bilirubin in group B was greater than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid can improve the symptoms of neonatal pathological jaundice,shorten the hospitalization time,improve myocardial function,protect nerve function and improve the prognosis,and has significantly curative effect.
