摘要
反流性咽喉炎是临床常见病,西医认为其发病与胃十二指肠反流物损伤上呼吸消化道黏膜、刺激迷走神经以及精神因素等相关,治疗以抑酸药物为主。喻斌教授主张将中医“整体观念、辨证论治”原则贯穿始终,擅长运用肺胃相关理论论治,从胃气上逆、累及肺系着手,主要针对肺胃气逆、痰气互结、肺胃阴虚、肺胃热盛4个方面论治,临床疗效显著。
Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease is a common disease in clinic.Western medicine believes that the incidence is related to gastroduodenal reflux injury to upper respiratory and digestive tract mucosa,vagus nerve stimulation and mental factors,and the treatment is mainly acid-suppressing drugs.Professor Yu Bin advocates that the principle of“holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment”in traditional Chinese medicine should be carried out throughout,and he is adept at using theory of correlation between lung and stomach to treat it.Starting with adverse rising of stomach qi and involving the lung system,Professor Yu mainly focuses on four aspects of treatment as follows:lung stomach qi inversion,phlegm qi interconnection,lung stomach yin deficiency,and lung stomach heat accumulation,which the clinical effect is remarkable.
