摘要
目的探究芪参益气滴丸在冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取宿松县中医院2019年9月—2023年3月住院确诊为冠心病且行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗后的患者60例,分为对照组(23例)和观察组(37例)。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服芪参益气滴丸,2组均治疗6个月。比较2组治疗前后的基线资料、临床疗效、心功能、NT-proBNP、ET-1、NO以及不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组NT-proBNP、ET-1、LVEDV、LVESV等指标较对照组,明显降低(P<0.05),NO、LVEF明显提高(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,MACE发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸可有效改善PCI术后患者心功能,降低MACE发生率。
Objective To retrospectively explore the clinical efficacy and application value of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods Sixty patients admitted to Susong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to March 2023 who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were selected,with the control group of 23 cases and observation group of 37 cases.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups had been treated for 6 months.Baseline data,clinical efficacy,cardiac function,NT-proBNP,ET-1,NO and the occurrence of adverse events(MACE)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the indexes of NT-proBNP,ET-1,LVEDV and LVESV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while NO and LVEF were significantly increased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of MACE was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pills can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients after PCI and reduce the incidence of MACE.
