摘要
目的观察清金化痰汤加减治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取60例SAP痰热壅肺证患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予清金化痰汤加减,疗程均为1周。对比2组的炎症因子水平、咳嗽消退时间、憋喘消退时间、发热消退时间、肺部啰音消退时间、中医临床证候积分疗效。结果治疗后,观察组血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、症状体征消退时间、中医临床证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤加减治疗SAP可明显降低炎症因子,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods Sixty SAP phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome patients were selected and randomized divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Qingjin Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course was 1 week.The inflammatory factors,cough regression time,asthma regression time,fever regression time,pulmonary rales regression time and TCM clinical syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum amyloid A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),resolution time of symptoms and signs,and TCM clinical syndrome scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qingjin Huatan decoction can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment of SAP,and has significant therapeutic effect.
