摘要
目的:通过Meta分析系统评价清金化痰汤加减方联合西药治疗重症肺炎的有效性。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pub Med数据库,检索时间从建库至2021年2月,按照已定的纳入和排除标准筛选相关文献,参照Cochrane偏倚风险评价标准评估纳入文献质量,采用Rev Man5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13篇文献,包含研究组498例,对照组498例。Meta分析结果显示:清金化痰汤加减方联合西医治疗重症肺炎在总有效率(OR=4.28,95%CI:1.94~9.47,P=0.000 3)、炎性因子、肺功能、生活质量评分、治疗情况(机械通气时间、住院时间、感染控制时间)、中医证候评分(MD=-2.28,95%CI:-2.90~-1.66,P <0.000 01)和肺部感染评分(MD=-3.99,95%CI:-6.61~-1.82,P=0.000 03)方面,均优于单纯西药治疗。结论:清金化痰汤加减方联合西医治疗重症肺炎的疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective: Objective to evaluate the efficacy of Qingjin Huatan decoction(清金化痰汤) plus western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia by meta analysis system. Methods: the databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and PubMed were searched from the establishment of the database to February 2021. The relevant literatures were screened according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were extracted and the quality of the included literatures was evaluated. Revman5.4 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: 13 articles were included, including 498 cases in the study group and 498 cases in the control group. Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate, inflammatory factors(IL-2, IL-6, C-reactive protein), lung function(forced expiratory volume in the first second, forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow), quality of life(BI score, Rankin score),treatment(mechanical ventilation) in the treatment of SP with modified Qingjin Huatan Decoction Combined with western medicine The time of hospitalization, infection control time, TCM syndrome score and pulmonary infection score(CPIS score) were better than western medicine alone. Conclusion: The effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction with western medicine on SP is better.
