摘要
针对现有电网仓库管理效率低、易出错的问题,同时为了提升电网企业管理水平,首次采用了机械设计技术、RFID射频识别技术、运动控制技术、WCS/WMS仓储管理技术、辅助决策系统等应用技术的数字化智能仓储机器人。系统地介绍了数字化智能仓储机器人整体设计方案、机械结构、PLC设计、软件结构及数据挖掘与应用,该机器人实现了自适应抓取、全自动收发、备品备件的全寿命周期化管理以及存储数据的价值挖掘与应用功能,最后对其进行了运行测试并做出总结,具有广阔的市场前景。
Aiming at improving the low efficiency and error-prone power grid warehouse management,and raising the management level of power grid enterprises,we initiate the digital intelligent warehouse robot.It integrates mechanical design technology,RFID radio frequency identification technology,motion control technology,WCS/WMS warehouse management technology,auxiliary decision-making system and other application technologies.This article introduces the overall design scheme,mechanical structure,PLC design,software structure,data mining and application of the digital intelligent warehouse robot in detail.The robot realizes self-adaptive grasping,automatic sending and receiving,and full life cycle management of spare parts,as well as the value mining and application functions of stored data.Finally,it carries out the various operational performance tests and makes the summary,which shows that the robot has broad market prospects.
