摘要
高校发展党员质量问题是高校学生党建面临的重要问题,本文通过问卷调查和采访的方式,对影响大学生入党积极分子培养质量因素进行深入剖析。基于对入党积极分子培养质量的系统边界和内在结构的分析,本文从"全员专业化队伍建设""全程留痕培养考察""全方位思想政治涵育"三个方面提出高校入党积极分子立体化培养路径。
The quality of party members in colleges and universities is an important issue in the party construction of college students,by means of questionnaire survey and interview,this article analyzes the factors affecting the cultivation quality of active applicants for party membership.Based on the definition of the training quality,system boundary and internal structure of the active applicants for Party membership,this article puts forw ard a three-dimensional training path for the active applicants for Party membership in universities from the three aspects:"the construction of the w hole professional team","the whole process of mark training and investigation"and"the all-round ideological and political cultivation".
