摘要
为提高传统钢结构承压区域的可靠性和精准度,提出基于超声波检测的高强度钢结构承压区域的检测方法。利用精确微分方程描述杆件的大挠度变形,根据测试点与布局方案,分析超声波检测原理,计算钢结构与混凝土间的缝隙宽度,利用瞬时应力波对高强度钢结构的承压形变量展开分析,进而对空隙进行灌溉与补修,并试验验证研究方法的有效性。结果表明:本研究提出的钢结构承压检测技术具有稳定性强、精准度高等优点,能够满足钢结构建筑工程的实际安全要求。
In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the pressure-bearing zone of traditional steel structures,a method fordetecting the danger of pressure-bearing zone of high strength steel structures based on ultrasonic detection was proposed.Theexact differential equation was used to describe the large deflection of the member.According to the test points and layoutschemes,the principle of ultrasonic testing was analyzed,the gap width between the steel structure and the concrete wascalculated,and the pressure deformation of the high strength steel structure was analyzed using the instantaneous stress wave.Then,the gaps were irrigated and repaired,and the effectiveness of the research method was verified by experiments.Theresults show that the detection technology for steel structure pressure bearing proposed in this study has the advantages of strongstability and high accuracy,and can meet the actual safety requirements of steel structure construction projects.
