摘要
在线教学双导师制教学模式,是一种具有创新性的高职院校人才培养形式,有效契合中国制造2025国家战略愿景。在线教学双导师制是依托互联网+在线教学资源平台与数据库,充分联合校内校外导师力量,着力提升专业领域教学效果和水平。本文首先阐述新时期高职院校双导师制教学模式建设的构成,并分析其具有的重大意义。通过阐述在线教育双导师制教学模式的资源开发与应用,本文提出高职院校应当选择和聘用高水平校内校外导师,构建双导师管理制度和考核评估机制,构建校企共育的合作机制以及着力建设互联网资源平台,旨在实现在线教学双导师制教学模式的良性发展。
Online teaching double tutorial system teaching mode is an innovative talent training form in higher vocational colleges,which effectively conforms to the national strategic vision of made in China 2025.Online tutorial system is based on the"Internet+"online teaching resource platform and database,fully integrating the tutors strength within and out of the school,and improving the teaching effect and level in the professional field.This paper first expounds the construction of Double Tutorial Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period,and analyzes its great significance.By elaborating on the resource development and application of online education double tutorial system teaching mode,this paper proposes that higher vocational colleges should select and employ high-level internal and external tutors,construct double tutor management system and assessment mechanism,construct cooperation mechanism of school enterprise coeducation,and strive to build an Internet resource platform,so as to realize the benign development of online teaching double tutorial teaching mode.
