摘要
2020年6月20日,第十三届全国人大常委会第十九次会议审议通过了新修订的《中华人民共和国档案法》,这是我国档案法制建设进程中一个新的里程碑。本文将从档案利用工作的视角去探讨新修订的《档案法》给我国档案利用主体、利用客体、利用过程带来的影响。
On June 20,2020,the 19 th meeting of the 13 th Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress reviewed and approved the newly revised〈Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China〉,which is a new milestone in the construction of our country’s archives legal system.This paper will discuss the influence of the newly revised〈Archives Law〉on the subject,object and process of archives utilization in China from the perspective of archives utilization work.
