摘要 危机公关对于国际体育赛事有着至关重要的作用。通过文献研究法、案例分析法,界定了体育危机、体育危机公关的概念。以索契"五环变四环"、平昌短道速滑赛场的"争议判罚"为例,总结出2022年北京冬奥会体育危机管理策略:构建预案体系,加强危机公关意识;加快反应速度,主动承担责任;与媒体建立良好关系,正确引导舆论导向;建立专业的危机公关团队,为危机公关做好一切准备。如何将此付诸于实践,成为了国内外相关学者亟待研究的课题。 Crisis public relations plays an important role in international sports events.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper defines the concepts of sports crisis and sports crisis public relations.Taking Sochi’s"five links changing into four links"and Pingchang’s"dispute judgment and punishment"as examples,this paper sums up the sports crisis management strategies of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games:building a preplan system,strengthening the sense of crisis public relations;speeding up the response speed,taking the initiative to take responsibility;establishing good relations with the media,correctly guiding the public opinion;establishing a professional crisis public relations team,and doing a good job for crisis public relations Everything is ready.How to put this into practice has become an urgent research topic for domestic and foreign scholars.
