摘要
文章探索了动力定位系统相关的舱室内设有变频器、配电板等电气设备,舱室的环境温度不能超过45℃,通常舱室内设有空调装置,将温度控制在25℃,大洋勘探船的动力定位系统一般采用DP2或DP3系统,需满足设备有冗余或设备有冗余(允许一舱失火或进水)的要求,以保障动力定位系统的正常运行。通过权衡DP要求和设备温度需求,得出不同形式的空调选型优化方案。
The cabin related to the dynamic positioning system is equipped with electrical equipment such as frequency converter and distribution board.The ambient temperature of the cabin cannot exceed 45℃.Generally,the cabin is equipped with air conditioning device to control the temperature around 25℃.The DP2 or DP3 system is generally used in the dynamic positioning system of ocean exploration ship,which needs to meet the requirements of redundant equipment or redundant equipment(allowing fire or water in the first cabin)requirements to ensure the normal operation of the power positioning system.By considering the environmental requirements of DP and the temperature requirements of the equipment,different forms of air-conditioning optimization scheme are obtained.
