摘要 为改善测井曲线岩性分层效果,本文对传统主成分分析法进行改进。在传统主成分计算结果的基础上,用熵权法对计算的各主成分再次进行赋权融合,计算其综合主成分,并对不同岩性的计算结果进行统计,评价其分层效果。以新疆准噶尔盆地西北缘为例,选取电阻率、自然伽马、自然电位、井径测井曲线作为样本数据,首先使用传统主成分分析法进行多源测井信息融合,再用熵权法对得到的各主成分再次进行赋权计算,最后用计算的综合主成分进行岩性分层。结果表明:较传统主成分分析法,改进的主成分分析法岩性分层边界与实际岩心吻合更好,其计算结果在不同岩性上变化规律强。 In order to improve the lithology stratification effect of logging curves,we improved the traditional principal component analysis method.On the basis of the traditional principal component calculation results,the entropy weight method is used to weight and fuse the calculated principal components to calculate their comprehensive principal components and count the calculation results of different lithology to further evaluate their stratification effect.In application,we took the northwest margin of Junggar Basin in Xinjiang as an example,and selected the resistivity,natural gamma,natural potential,and caliper logging curves as sample data.Firstly,the multi-source logging information was fused by the traditional principal component analysis,and then the obtained principal components were weighted by entropy weight method,and finally,the lithology was stratified by using the calculated comprehensive principal components.The results show that compared with the traditional principal component analysis method,the lithology stratification boundary of the improved principal component analysis method is consistent with the actual core,and its calculation results have strong variation rules in different lithology.
