摘要 为明确油井内套管和油管的损坏情况,提出一种油气储层裂缝电磁探伤测井技术。在对电磁探伤测井仪的物理基础分析后,得到其结构构成和功能特点,对纵向探头A、横向探头B和纵向探头C的结构设置方式和特点分析后,得到探头A应用在多层套管、纵向裂缝中最合适、探头B应用在单层套管、横向裂缝中最合适、探头C应用在单层套管和纵向裂缝中最合适的结论。将其应用在实例分析中,探测不同类型的套管损坏情况,结果表明:实现了精准探测,可在人工不下井、不接触的情况下获取到套管的各项数据信息。 To clarify the damage situation of casing and tubing in oil wells,an electromagnetic flaw detection logging technology for oil and gas reservoir fractures was proposed.After analyzing the physical basis of the electromagnetic flaw detection logging tool,its structural composition and functional characteristics were obtained.After analyzing the structural settings and characteristics of longitudinal probe A,transverse probe B,and longitudinal probe C,the conclusions were drawn that probe A is the most suitable for multi-layer casing and longitudinal cracks,probe B is the most suitable for single-layer casing and transverse cracks,and probe C is the most suitable for single-layer casing and longitudinal cracks.Applying the proposed technology to case analysis to detect different types of casing damage,the results show that the proposed technology achieves precise detection and can obtain various data information of the casing without workers entering the well or in contact.
