思想指导行动,态度决定一切。中小学校长一定要有坚实的教育理论基础,紧跟时代步伐,及时了解、把握国家的教育方针政策、育人方向,及时转变教学方式,促进教学质量不断提升。精细化管理以抓好制度建设为保证;以抓好课堂教学改革作为关键;以抓好教师专业成长作为基础;以抓好学生会学作为根本。精细化管理是促进教学质量提升的重要举措。
Minds come before action and attitude decides everything.Principals of primary and secondary schools must lay a solid foundation for educational theory,keep up with the times,follow the national educational policy,pay close attention to educational orientation and simultaneously improve teaching methods to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality.The imposition of rules and regulations is the guarantee for the refined management;teaching innovation is the key for the management;teachers’professional development is the foundation for it;the students’acquisition of abilities to learn how to learn is the essence for the refined management.In brief,the refined management is the important measure for the promotion of the improvement of teaching quality.
