摘要
体内药物分析为新药研究和临床治疗药物监测中不可缺少的重要组成部分,对药学专业学生开设体内药物分析课程是十分重要和必要的。本文针对我所硕士研究生的特点,结合笔者多年来的教学与实践经验以及我所的实际教学科研条件,探讨了理论与实践紧密结合的教学形式、运用多种现代教学手段和考核方式,力求做到增强课程趣味性,激发学生的学习主动性,不断提高不同专业研究生的独立分析和解决实际问题的能力。
Biopharmaceutic analysis is an indispensable part of the new drug research and clinical therapeutic drug monitoring.It is very important and necessary to offer Biopharmaceutic Analysis courses for pharmaceutical students.On the basis of Characteristics of graduate students in our institute,The teaching form of the close combination of theory and practice,Use of a variety of modern teaching methods and assessment methods were discussed Combining the rich experience of the author’s in practical teaching and the actual teaching and research conditions,in order to enhance the interest of the course,stimulate students’learning initiative,and continuously improve the ability of graduate students in different majors to independently analyze and solve practical problems.
