摘要
创意根植于文化,创意经济是新兴经济形态,为优化资源配置方式,提升创新力创造条件。江苏是文化大省,江苏文化产业园区建设进程、态势发展良好。国家级、省级文化创意产业园不断建成,类型多、层次全,大大增强了江苏文化软实力。
Creativity is rooted in culture,and creative economy is a new economic form,which creates conditions for optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting innovation.Jiangsu is a big cultural province,Jiangsu cultural industrial park construction process,the situation development is good.The national and provincial cultural and creative industrial parks have been built continuously,with many types and levels,which has greatly enhanced the soft power of Jiangsu culture.
