摘要
高等职业教育过程中,由于生源差异、教学管理等原因,普遍存在课堂教学质量不高的问题。文章对学生、教师、管理、环境等影响因素进行了分析,从完善制度管理、强化手机管理、建立过程评价体系、加强师资培养和考核四个方面提出了课堂教学管理的对策。
In the process of higher vocational education,due to the difference of students,teaching management and other reasons,there is a general situation of low quality of classroom teaching.This paper analyzes the influence factors of students,teachers,management and environment,and puts forward the countermeasures of classroom teaching management innovatively from four aspects:perfecting system management,strengthening mobile phone management,establishing process evaluation system,strengthening teacher training and assessment.
