摘要
《食品生物化学》是食品类专业的一门核心必修课程,具有很强的理论性与实践性。在传统教育模式下,学生无法将理论知识充分运用到实践中,导致教学效果不尽如人意。OBE是一种以成果为导向的教育理念,该文通过探索《食品生物化学》课程教学模式,改进现有教学方式,激发学生学习热情,实现学生自主学习,以期达到良好的教学效果,并满足社会对人才的需求。
As a core required course for food specialty,Food Biochemistry has strong theoretical and practical.In the traditional model of education,students are unable to put theoretical knowledge into practice,resulting in unsatisfactory teaching results.OBE is a concept of outcomes-based education,through exploring the teaching mode of food biochemistry,improvement of present teaching mothods,stimulates the students learning enthusiasm,realizes the students independent study,in order to achieve good teaching results,and satisfies the society to the talented persons demand.
