摘要
分布式领导力理论突破了在传统领导理论研究中只探讨正式领导者所具备的特质或行为的思维惯性,它开始关注领导功能的共享性和流动性,强调领导职能和角色的动态分布。该文从学生管理的情境出发,尝试将分布式领导力理论引入高校辅导员的学生管理模式中,探索在学生管理中实施分布式领导力的对策。
The theory of distributed leadership breaks through the traditional leadership theory,which only discusses the characteristics and behaviors of formal leaders.It has began to pay attention to the sharing and mobility of leadership functions,emphasizing the dynamic distribution of leadership functions and roles.Starting from the situation of student management,this paper tries to introduce the theory of distributed leadership into the student management model of counselors and explore the countermeasures of implementing distributed leadership in student management.
