摘要
人才培养方案是实现人才培养目标的具体实施方案,是指导课程体系设置和教学工作实施的纲领。在以“质量引领、多元培养、分类卓越”为基本精神的新一轮英语专业教学改革中,必须从优化人才培养方案入手。笔者以中国民航大学英语专业2016版人才培养方案为例,总结其在实施过程中存在的问题,提出在修订新版人才培养方案时,要根据行业需求制定切实可行的培养目标,在课程体系设置中,以OBE理念为指导,借鉴工程教育专业认证标准,合理规划、持续优化课程体系设计,推动英语专业深入改革。
The talent training program is a concrete implementation program to achieve the goal of talent training,and also a program to guide the establishment of curriculum system and the implementation of teaching work.In the new round of English major teaching reform with the basic spirit of“quality-leading,diversified training and classified excellence”,we must start from optimizing talent training programs.Taking the 2016 talent training program for English majors of Civil Aviation University of China as an example,the author summarizes the problems existing in the implementation process and proposes that when revising the new talent training program,feasible training objectives should be set according to the needs of the industry.In the course system setting,the OBE concept should be taken as the guidance.Drawing lessons from the standard of engineering education certification,the curriculum system design is rationally planned and continuously optimized to push the reform of English major into depth.
