摘要
针对我校老挝轨道交通信号与控制专业来华留学生培养存在的留学生知识储备不够、学习资源不足、学习动机减退等问题,探索“构建专业课程群、跨界指导和专业教师能力提升并举、丰富教学综合资源、打造创新实验平台、将中国装备技术融入教学、建立良好师生互动的学习环境”的“六位一体”培养模式,为“一带一路”建设培养高素质的应用型人才提供参考。
In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of international students majoring in Laotian rail transit signal and control in our university,such as insufficient knowledge reserve,insufficient learning resources and decreased learning motivation,this paper explores the"six-in-one"training mode of"constructing professional curriculum group,giving cross-field guidance and promoting professional teachers’teaching ability simultaneously,enriching comprehensive teaching resources,creating innovative experimental platform,integrating Chinese equipment technology into teaching,and establishing a good learning environment for teachers and students to interact".This paper provides reference for the construction of"the Belt and Road"to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.
