广东高校创新创业教育现状调查与政策建议——基于6所大学的抽样分析 被引量:3

The Empirical Analysis of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities of Guangdong Province——Based on the Investigation of 6 Universities

摘要 该文采用问卷调查和访谈的形式,对广东6所高校的创新创业教育现状进行抽样调查。调查发现:学生对创新创业教学方法的需求呈多元化趋势,创新创业理论教学未能与实践紧密结合;创新创业教师经验较为丰富,师资队伍需要进一步扩大;高校普遍建立了众创空间,项目孵化专业化程度不高;学生对创新创业教育满意度较高,创业意愿受资金影响较大。因此,该文提出构建体验式创新创业教育体系、创建专业教师与兼职教师相结合的师资队伍、加强孵化项目与市场资金的对接、构建政府—企业—高校三位一体的扶持体系等对策建议。 This article uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct a sampling survey on the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in six universities in Guangdong.The survey found that students'demand for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching methods is showing a diversified trend,and innovation and entrepreneurship theory teaching has not been closely integrated with practice;the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is relatively rich,and the teaching staff needs to be further expanded;universities have generally established maker space,and the degree of specialization in project incubation is not high;students have high satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education,and their willingness to start a business is greatly influenced by funding.Therefore,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as building an experiential innovation and entrepreneurship education system,creating a teaching team that combines professional and part-time teachers,enhancing the connection between incubation projects and market funds,and building a government enterprise university trinity support system.
