摘要
教学工厂是源于新加坡南洋理工学院的一种人才培养模式,主要是将实际的企业环境引入教学,并将两者综合在一起,在学校内建立环境逼真、设备完善、技术先进的“教学工厂”。该文以应用型本科高校会计专业为研究对象,阐释应用型本科高校会计工厂的现实意义,分析推广的难点,探索其管理的创新机制。
The teaching factory is a talent training mode originating from Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore.It mainly introduces the actual enterprise environment into the teaching environment and integrates the two together to build a“teaching factory”with realistic environment,perfect equipment and advanced technology in the school.The article takes the accounting major in applied undergraduate universities as the research scope,explains the practical significance of accounting factories in applied undergraduate universities,analyzes the difficulties in promoting it,and explores the innovative mechanism of it.
