摘要
创业教育师资队伍建设是影响创业教育开展的关键因素。美国高校作为世界创业教育的发源地,积累了丰富的经验,尤其是在师资队伍建设方面,更值得我国借鉴。百森商学院、斯坦福大学和哈佛大学3所具有不同创业教育开展模式的高校,在创业教育开展方面成就卓著,是美国高校创业教育开展的代表。该文基于教师专业发展理论,通过研究美国3所高校在创业教师招聘、培训及保障激励方面的经验,分析美国高校创业教育师资队伍建设的有益经验。
The construction of entrepreneurship education teaching staff is a key factor affecting the development of entrepreneurship education.As the birthplace of global entrepreneurship education,American universities have accumulated rich experience,especially in the construction of teaching staff,which is worth learning from in China.Three universities with different modes of entrepreneurship education,namely Babson College,Stanford University and Harvard University,have achieved remarkable results in the development of entrepreneurship education and are representatives of entrepreneurship education in American universities.Based on the theory of teacher professional development,this study investigates the experience and practices of three American universities in the recruitment,training,and incentive safeguard of entrepreneurship teachers,the beneficial experience of analyzing the construction of entrepreneurship education faculty in American universities is demanding recruitment.
