摘要
百森商学院女性创业教育被认为是美国乃至全世界的标杆,这得益于美国浓厚的女性创业氛围和学校的独特办学定位。百森商学院女性创业教育主要由该校女性创业领导中心推进,其创业教育目标是根据女性的特质因材施教,提升女性机会识别、团队协作、资源获取的能力。百森商学院通过课程“化”人、实践“立”人、环境“育”人、资源“聚”人、合作“树”人等措施,培养有创业经验的女性企业家。尽管百森商学院女性创业教育存在不足之处,但其人才培养效果已得到学生和社会的认可。总体来说,百森商学院女性创业教育具有如下特点:女性创业领导中心是女性创业教育的支撑点;女性+创业是女性创业教育的出发点;适合女性特点是女性创业教育的立足点。
The female entrepreneurship education of Babson College is considered to be the benchmark in the United States and even around the world,due to the strong atmosphere of female entrepreneurship and the unique positioning of the school.The entrepreneurship education for women in Babson College is mainly promoted by the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership(CWEL),whose goal is to improve women's ability of opportunity identification,teamwork,and resource acquisition based on women's characteristics.Babson College cultivates women entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial experience through courses,practices,environment,resources,and cooperation.Although there are some shortcomings in the female entrepreneurship education of Babson College,its talent cultivation effect has been recognized by students and the society.Generally speaking,the female entrepreneurship education in Babson College has the following characteristics:CWEL is the support point of female entrepreneurship education;women and entrepreneurship are the starting point of female entrepreneurship education;and highlighting female characteristics is the foothold of female entrepreneurship education.
