摘要
保育员是幼儿园关键的工作人员,在幼儿园整体教育教学工作体系中占有至关重要的地位,保育员的责任是促进和帮助幼儿养成良好的生活习惯,所以保育员在一定程度下直接影响着幼儿个体是否可以健康发展与幼儿园后勤工作是否合格。由此可见,在幼儿园中保育工作的重要性。但是,随着新课程改革的不断推进,我们发现幼儿园保育工作的质量普遍不高,应该及时创新幼儿园科学保育路径,构建高质量高效率的保育工作模式。
Caregivers are key staff in kindergartens and occupy a vital position in the overall kindergarten education and teaching system.The responsibility of caregivers is to promote and help young children develop good living habits,so caregivers are directly It affects whether the individual child can develop healthily and whether the kindergarten logistics work is qualified.This shows the importance of childcare in kindergartens.However,with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,we found that the quality of kindergarten childcare work is generally not high,and we should innovate the scientific childcare path of kindergarten in time,and build a high-quality and efficient childcare work model.
