摘要
学校是教育的载体,是学生学习生活的主要场所,小学是学生成长的关键阶段。本文主要介绍小学家校沟通与合作的开展必要性,分析小学家校合作与沟通的开展要素,并提出搭建家校共育平台、丰富家校连接渠道、创新家校合作方式、加强家校联通支持、合理开展家长培训等相关措施,以优化小学家校合作与沟通环境,为学生提供优良成长空间和宽广发展平台。
School is the carrier of education,is the main place for students to study and live,primary school is the key stage of students’ growth. This paper mainly introduces the primary school of communication and cooperation with the necessity of analysis of elementary school cooperation and communication with the elements,and put forward the construct platform for home school produced,rich parent-school connecting channels,innovation,parent-school cooperative way,strengthen parent-school unicom support,reasonable in parents training related measures,such as to optimize the elementary school parent-school cooperative and communication environment,provide good space to grow up and broad development platform for the students.
