摘要
英语是一门国际通用的语言,随着世界全球化趋势的不断发展,人们也越来越重视对英语的学习,特别是对英语成语的学习。近几年的研究发现,在语言的学习中,只有充分了解其语言的文化背景知识,才能更好地对语言进行学习和运用。英语作为英国和美国的第一语言,而英语成语是英美等国家社会文化以及风俗习惯的重要组成部分,对于我们学习英语也有着重大的作用。
English is an international language.With the development of globalization,people pay more and more attention to English learning,especially to English idioms.In recent years,studies have found that in language learning,only by fully understanding the cultural background knowledge of the language can we better learn and use the language.English is the first language of Britain and the United States,and English idioms are an important part of the social culture and customs of Britain and the United States and other countries.It also plays an important role in our learning English.
