摘要
近年来,我国教育事业得到了很大的发展,同时也给所有教师带来了更多新的挑战。就初中班主任来说,为了能够在更大程度上提升班级的管理效率,初中班主任必须要转变传统的管理观念,采取更多合理有效的措施,在不断的管理实践中总结经验。调研发现,当前初中班主任管理工作中还存在一定的问题,一定程度上影响了初中教学管理活动的顺利开展。基于此,本文针对初中班主任管理中常见的问题进行分析,并且结合多年的管理经验提出一些改进策略,希望能够为相关的教育工作者提供有力的参考意见。
In recent years,it has brought great challenges to the development of all teachers in our country.For junior high school class teachers,in order to improve the efficiency of class management to a greater extent,junior high school head teachers must change the traditional management concept,take more reasonable and effective measures,and sum up experience in the continuous management practice.The survey found that there are still some problems in the management of junior high school head teachers,which affect the smooth development of junior high school teaching management activities to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper analyzes the common problems in the management of junior high school head teachers,and puts forward some improvement strategies combined with years of management experience,hoping to provide powerful reference for relevant educators.
