摘要
小学是学生成长和发展的基础阶段,对于小学生来说非常关键。在这一时期,学生各方面的发展都处于初始时期,学生对于事物的认识处于表面层次。同时,这一阶段也是学生性格养成的关键阶段,这时班主任的重要作用就显现出来了,班主任的班级管理工作会直接影响学生,对于学生的身心健康发展有着积极作用。但从当前的小学班主任班级管理状况不难发现,其中存在着许多不足之处,这不利于学生的成长和发展。基于此,笔者根据教学实践,对小学班主任的班级管理工作进行探讨。
Elementary school is the basic stage of student growth and development,and it is very critical for elementary school students.In this period,the development of students in all aspects is in the initial period,and students’understanding of things is at a superficial level.At the same time,this stage is also a key stage for the development of students’character.At this time,the important role of the head teacher is revealed.The class management work of the head teacher will directly affect the students and have a positive effect on the physical and mental health of the students.However,it is not difficult to find from the current situation of the class management of the primary school head teacher that there are many shortcomings,which are not conducive to the growth and development of students.Based on this,the author discusses the class management work of the primary school head teacher based on teaching practice.
