摘要
本文主要以农村幼儿园家园合作模式的发展措施研究为重点进行阐述,首先对农村幼儿园家园合作的重要性和农村幼儿园家园合作的现状分析进行分析,其次从加强幼儿教师的家园共育意识、采用灵活的沟通方式、构建家长助教课程、优化亲自活动促进教育有效性以及转变家长育儿观念增强积极性等几个方面深入说明并探讨,旨意在为相关研究提供参考资料。
This paper mainly focuses on the research on the development measures of rural kindergarten home cooperation mode.First,it analyzes the importance of rural kindergarten home cooperation and the analysis of the current situation of rural kindergarten home cooperation.In-depth explanation and discussion of several aspects,such as communication methods,building parent teaching assistant courses,optimizing in-person activities to promote educational effectiveness,and changing parents’parenting concepts to enhance their enthusiasm,with the purpose of providing reference materials for related research.
